Monthly No Lease Option – Monthly rentals available for furnished studios, executive suites, one and two bedroom apartments. For one low flat rate all of our month to month rentals include kitchen housewares, bed linen, towels, and all utilities.
Traditional Lease Options – 3,6,12 and 18 month leases available on furnished studios, executive suites, one and two bedroom apartment homes. Utilities and additional houseware packages are not included in our traditional lease option rates.
* Rates discounted for extended lease terms. * Unfurnished one bedroom apartments are also available for 6 months or longer leases.
