Resident Emergency On-Call Information:

When should I call the after hours emergency maintenance phone number?

  • If you are locked out of your apartment ($25.00 charge will be assessed to your account)
  • If you have a major water leak (not a dripping faucet or running toilet)
  • If you have no heat
  • If your sink or toilet is clogged and it cannot wait until the office opens at 8 a.m.
  • If you have no electricity and you have already checked the breaker box

Our Office Hours Are:

Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday CLOSED

If you need to put in a service request for a maintenance issue and it is NOT an emergency, please call the main office at 719-475-2564 or email us at alikargardens@comcast.net during normal business hours and one of our staff members will issue a service ticket. Please indicate if we have permission to enter your apartment if you are not at home or if you would like to schedule a specific time.
